As an individual I enjoy taking on different projects and being out of my comfort zone that allows me to improve on my skills and mistakes, I am a strong team player and am able to resolve problems professionally. I like to contribute my knowledge and skills to the job that I am involved in which makes me a highly motivated individual.

Experience  

Customer Assistant, Marks and Spencer’s 

September 2018 – July 2019  

During my role at Marks and Spencer’s I had to ensure that all stock was put out and dates corrected, I also had to serve people on tills and made sure they were given a high standard service, an example of this Is when I ran the stand-up tills making sure that customers were satisfied with the machines and also with service.  

Saturday Girl, Gardees Hairdressing 

October 2016 – September 2018  

My responsibilities during my time in the hairdressers was welcoming customers and making them feel comfortable, offering them tea or coffee and ensuring their needs and requests was done at a high standard, also keeping the space clean and tidy. I learnt a lot through working with the hairdressers for example learning how to blow dry and put certain colours on the customers hair. 


Fairkytes Arts centre 

September 2017 – September 2018   

I worked over the summer at Fairkytes being an assistant to a children’s workshop class. I had to travel to different arts centres near me to help with different workshops. I was there to help the children if the needed to go to the toilet or if they wanted to go home and just to make sure that I was there to assist their needs. 


The Fatling pub 

September 2019 – present  

I am currently working as a member of the bar staff in the fatling pub, I have gained numerous skills while working in the pub such as customer service skills, working under pressure, time keeping and also working independently and in a team.

Theatre 

Brick Lane Music Hall

October 2022

Throughout my University experience i had to do a placement where i worked at bricklane music Hall creating scenic paintings for a pantomime in the upcoming weeks. I was learning a lot about colour mixing and shading and also creating a scenic painting on a larger scale.
